Apfelsaftaroma wird mit etwa 150-facher Konzentration bei der Herstellung von Apfelsaftkonzentrat gewonnen. Dieses Apfelsaftaroma kann zur besseren Verwendbarkeit mit schonenden Verfahren zu wertvollen Aromakonzentraten verarbeitet werden. Bei MCI Miritz kommen hierbei die Spinning Cone Column (SCC) oder die CO2-Hochdruckextraktion zum Einsatz.
Apfel Konzentrat CO2 Extrakt wird durch Extraktion mit der CO2-Hochdruckextraktion hergestellt, wobei ein mehr als 100.000-fach konzentriertes Apfelaroma gewonnen wird.
