Our philosophy
It is a well-known fact that taste is a matter for debate. But we at MCI do not always agree, as we know that tastes are different, and especially from different geographical regions.
Taste expresses individuality and attitude to life. We therefore see it as our task to meet the diversity of tastes through the breadth of our range.
We exclusively produce natural ingredients from extracts of various citrus fruits and citrus plants. With more than 5,000 individual formulations and decades of expertise, we develop tailored citrus solutions for flavors, fragrances and industrial applications worldwide.
Orange
Orange gives a sweet and juicy touch to drinks, sweets, ice creams, perfumes and cosmetics.
Lemon
Lemon gives freshness to products of the flavor and fragrance industry.
Lime
Lime has an intense smell and is used, among other things, in cola flavors, room scenting and the perfume industry.
Mandarin
Mandarin is often used in the flavouring of foods and sweet drinks.
Grapefruit
Grapefruit is considered to be very healthy and is used, among other things, in isotonic thirst quenchers and in medical therapy.
Bergamot
Bergamot has a strong lemony scent and is often mixed with teas, perfumes, creams, massage oils and bath additives.
Apple
In the non-citrus sector, we also offer apple components. Apple is used in apple juices, apple spritzers, cosmetic products to firm the skin, and in air fresheners.
Isolates
Isolates allow for the targeted use of selected components of orange oil. They enable precise modification and individual fine-tuning of flavor and fragrance profiles.
